Make your way up the winding streets of Talmont sur Gironde to The Old Customs House, where you will find outstanding views of the Gironde Estuary. Entering the gate into the enclosed garden, you leave the rest of the world behind. You will be warmly welcomed to this prominent 1930’s house situated on the edge of the outstanding peninsula village of “Talmont sur Gironde”. You can watch and hear the tide rolling in and out from the everywhere in the  apartement and of course outside on the balcony, terrace & in the private  garden.

The house was built on the foundations of the former “Customs House”, in 1930, therefore, giving title to its present name.
